Complete this form to tell us about your family, join our quarterly newsletter, or put your name on a wait list.
Applications and Financial Aid Requests may be submitted at anytime. We begin reviewing submitted applications in April and begin inviting families to interview from April-May. Families that have been accepted are notified in June.
We continue accepting applications until open seats are filled or school begins in September. If we have space, we will open up the application window again in December for students joining us in Second Semester.
Families requesting financial aid are placed on a wait list until the application window closes. Funds are then dispersed on a percentage basis to all who applied.
Upon review of your application your family may be invited to proceed to the interview phase. During this phase your family also will be invited to observe the school in session. The interview is required; the observation is optional.
All prospective students must attend the interview. We also request that both parents attend.
The purpose of the interview is to assess a prospective student’s academic and social skills. We will use this information to create a customized education experience for each student.
Families are asked to print, sign, and submit the Sundial Polices document found in the Family Contact form during their interview. Agreement to support these policies is a requirement for enrollment.
The first round of acceptance letters for First Semester are sent in early June. After that, acceptance continues on a rolling basis as open seats remain available. Families are encourage to complete the application and interview process as quickly as possible to reserve a seat.
Families applying for Second Semester will be notified by the end of December.
New families are sent an enrollment packet to complete online. Families are also asked to prepay the first month’s tuition.
Note: A seat is officially reserved for a child only after this payment is received and the child’s Health form is submitted.
All Sundial families come together for an informal Meet-n-Greet during the last week in August. This is a great opportunity to socialize, take a tour of the learning spaces, and drop off back-to-school supplies.
Throughout the school year families attend another three hours of required parent education classes and complete an additional six hours of volunteer work.
